We’ll look at Jesus’ invitation to his followers in a moment of panic, discover spiritual practices that can help us navigate anxiety and isolation, and consider ways we can love our neighbors… even while social distancing.

We’ll also hear from Dr. Gabriela Baldeon, a Boston-based scientist with a focus on infectious disease.
